First, YES there is a difference. Remember, you are hiring a professional to accomplish a task….the marketing and sale of your home or property.

The key is you are employing a person for a specific task…you are hiring that person. If that doesn’t work out….you CAN fire that person. There’s no difference than hiring any other professional.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE OR NOT USE THAT PERSON….simple huh?
